This was made for kvestionmovies.com. I want to talk little bit about the video. You should check it even when thumb looks bit ugly. I am not completely happy with it. It took so long to edit this video that I was too tired to spend more time on thumb.

This is my first published video with special effects. I did test before but never published them to wider audience. I did tests with Vegas Pro & Hitfilm combo. This was done with DaVinci Resolve. I will talk about why I changed from Vegas to Resolve in future.

I think this turned out to be ok even when it was my first time doing this effect in Resolve and having too little of usable footage. I tried to use manual focus with new lens. It didn't work as well as I expected. More I shot better I got at it but I didn't get enough usable footage.

Modular Fun with Lifeforms

I was asked to make another synth video. Here it is. I am having fun with my Pittsburgh Modular Lifeforms System 101 based modular synth. Everything in that box is Pittsburgh Modular Lifeform.

I use SV-1 with additional ADSR and Double Helix Oscillator as FM source for second oscillator. Sequence is coming from Ableton live. Effects are Native Instruments Replika XT and Valhalla VintageVerb.

Stadin silakkamarkkinat or Helsinki Baltic Herring Market if you want to use English name is annual Fish market at the beginning of October. It is week long event which was held first time 1743.

You might see some continuity errors here because some of the footage was shot 2016 and some was shot 2017.

Both year's footage was shot during week day's evening. It doesn't show how popular event was during weekends or during daytime. It was easier to move with camera when there were less people around.
